Wer behauptet da noch, dass sich Third Party Spiele nicht gut verkaufen würden?!

Es ist mal wieder Zeit mit einem alten Vorurteil aufzuräumen. Denn immer dann, wenn sich ein besonderer Titel auf der Wii nicht gut verkäuft, geben Entwickler, Publisher und Medien gleich immer Nintendos Konsole die Schuld und stellen entweder fest, dass sich eh nur die Nintendo eigenen Titel gut verkaufen oder gar, dass Core-Spiele überhaupt keine Chance hätten.

Doch dann stellt sich die Frage, warum es mittlerweile ganze 77 Spiele für Wii gibt, die sich weltweit zusammen über eine Millionen Mal verkauft haben? Dabei fallen 23 Titel auf Nintendo, der Rest wurde von anderen Firmen vermarktet, so zum Beispiel acht Titel von Electronic Arts, sechs von Ubisoft und fünf von Sega. Ebenfalls dabei sind auch Core-Spiele unterschiedlichster Firmen wie die Call of Duty Reihe von Activision oder Star Wars Clone Wars von Lucas Arts oder die Resident Evil Serie von Capcom.

Eher verwundert da doch der Erfolg manches Casualspiels mit minderer Qualität wie die Game Party Reihe oder die Carnival Games.
